Car Rental Terms & Conditions 1. Driver Requirements The driver must hold a valid driving license during the rental period. 2. Payment, No Credit Card, No Deposit & Unlimited Mileage Payment is made at vehicle pick-up by cash or card. No credit card is required, no security deposit is needed, and unlimited mileage is included with all rentals. 3. Vehicle Usage Vehicles must be driven responsibly and according to road conditions. Driving on off-road, unpaved, or unsuitable roads with standard vehicles is not allowed. 4. Fuel Policy Fuel policy is same to same — the vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as received. 5. Insurance Insurance options available: Standard, Premium, or Full Insurance (daily rates apply). 6. Delivery & Return The vehicle must be returned on the agreed date, time, and location. Late returns may result in additional charges. After-hours returns are possible only with prior agreement. 7. Damage & Accidents Any accident, theft, damage, or warning light issue must be reported immediately. A police report may be required in case of accident or theft. Unauthorized repairs are not allowed without company approval. 8. Traffic Fines The renter is responsible for parking tickets, speeding fines, toll charges, and any traffic violations during the rental period. 9. Cancellation Policy Free cancellation is available up to 10 days before arrival. 10. Cleaning Policy The vehicle must be returned in reasonable cleanliness. Excessive dirt, smoking odor, stains, pet hair, or unusual cleaning may result in additional cleaning charges. If the renter does not return the vehicle washed and has not selected the unwashed car drop-off option, a €10 cleaning fee will be charged at drop-off. 11. General Condition The vehicle must be returned in the same general condition as delivered, excluding normal wear and tear.
